It is in times such as these where we get to explore the God given gift of choice. One of the definitions of the word choice is “an act or making a decision when faced with two or more possibilities.” With this virus outbreak, it would be very easy to be fearful and to panic. Instead we must use wisdom, caution, and obey those over us in the land. Choosing wisdom, caution, and obedience should not involve fear. Fear brings torment to one’s soul. Panic opens the door for peace to exit. However, choosing to love in a time like this, sends fear and panic packing and swings wide the door to peace.
Here at Women’s First Choice Medical, we like to take a wholistic approach. The reason that we take that approach is simple. We believe that in order to respond and not to react to an unforeseen event, that the whole person of you needs to be examined. You are a spirit, who has a soul, who lives in a body. Those three parts of you should be taken into consideration before RESPONDING. Whether you are a previous patient, a potential patient, or a faithful follower of our blog- we would like to suggest to you an option of peace instead of fear. Would you make a choice with us to follow wisdom and peace instead of fear and panic? If you choose to respond instead of reacting, then please stop with us, take a deep breath, and ask yourself the question “in this time of this unforeseen crisis am I following fear and panic or peace and wisdom?” We are all examining our hearts during this time and we invite you to do the same. May peace and grace surround you through and through.
